Teaser Tuesday (Mar 30)

Teaser Tuesday is hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading. Visit her blog to see how you can play along too!

Just finished Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, a sci-fi classic by Philip K. Dick, so my teaser this week is instead from Brady Udall’s The Lonely Polygamist, which I received as an ARC from W.W Norton & Company.

The teaser:

To put it as simply as possible: this is the story of a polygamist who has an affair.

I love the simple, (quirky!) storyteller-like quality of that opener! What’s your teaser this fine Tuesday?

It’s very funny, very droll–I’m liking it!

And thanks, haha! I actually didn’t even mean to make that joke, but when I was rereading it before I posted, I saw that my subconscious was having a little fun at dwarves’ expense. ;)
